Returns & Exchanges Policy

We proudly offer Free Returns and Exchanges for U.S. orders within 30-days.

Due to current delays with the postal services, items mailed back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted, due to potential loss of your return in transition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number or packing slip.

Returns after 30 days but within 90 days (and determined eligible) will receive refund credit in the form of a Sun50.com gift card.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Contact us at  wecare@sun50.com or fill out the form below. Please include your order # and the item(s) you would like to return.

2. Within 24 hrs of your request (M-F), we will email you a return shipping label with instructions on how to return your package.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We are a slow-fashion brand which means we make small batches of our styles in limited quantities. Popular sizes tend to sell out very quickly and we would hate for you to miss out on the item you love.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email at: wecare@sun50.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like items indicated as “FINAL SALE”. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
