Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and nationally observed holidays). You will recieve an order confirmation email once your order has been placed in our system. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and out for delivery. 

Orders may be split across multiple shipments and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day, but we will confirm this with you via email. Occasionally, items may be preordered or backordered which may cause a delay in shipping. Please note: We have noticed delays in shipping arrivals due to COVID-19.

Free Shipping for orders over $125.00+ USD. 

International Shipping

Due to COVID-19 government restrictions, we are temporarily unable to deliver to India. Restricted countries are subject to change as new restrictions are implemented. If you’ve placed an order and live in a country currently restricted, your order will be held until services are re-established.

For more information on shipping charges, postal carriers and estimated delivery times for orders, select your country/region at checkout.

Please note that the order amount at checkout excludes duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

For orders shipping to Canada, with regard to import fees, import fees are due upon delivery. You are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees assessed upon delivery, all of which are nonrefundable.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Preorder & backorder products

If an item is on pre-order or backorder, an Expected to Ship date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items.  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition with tags, and we will refund the full order.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wecare@sun50.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you towards a satisfactory solution.
